Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

How to Submit

Please submit your DMCA takedown notice through our contact page with "DMCA Takedown" as the subject. We will process valid notices promptly and remove infringing content.

Counter-Notices

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notice in accordance with applicable law. Counter-notices should include your contact information, identification of the removed content, a statement of good faith belief that the content was removed in error, and consent to jurisdiction of the federal district court.

Repeat Infringement Policy

Xoxurl reserves the right to remove content and terminate accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We take repeated copyright violations seriously and may take additional action as warranted.
