Acceptable Use

Xoxurl is a free image hosting and sharing platform. You agree to use our service responsibly. By uploading content, you confirm that you own the copyright to the image or have explicit permission from the copyright holder to share it.

You may not use our service to distribute illegal, harmful, or copyrighted content that you do not own. Uploading malware, viruses, or any content designed to harm computer systems is strictly prohibited.

Image Hosting

Xoxurl provides image hosting services on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service or any specific level of uptime. Network issues, maintenance, security incidents, or force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability.

Images are stored according to the expiry settings you select. Once an image reaches its expiry time or is viewed (in burn-on-view mode), it is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. We recommend downloading important images before their scheduled deletion.

Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of any images you upload to Xoxurl. Uploading content does not transfer ownership rights to us.

By uploading images to our platform, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, process, display, and serve your images solely for the purpose of providing our service. This license terminates when your images are deleted from our servers, either by expiry, burn-on-view, or manual deletion.

Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited on Xoxurl:

  • Illegal content or content that violates applicable laws in any jurisdiction
  • Hate speech, discrimination, or content promoting violence against any group
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery or sexually explicit content involving non-consenting parties
  • Content depicting child sexual abuse or exploitation
  • Malware, viruses, or content designed to damage or exploit computer systems
  • Content infringing on another party's intellectual property rights
  • Content obtained through unauthorized access to another person's data or systems

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these rules and to suspend or terminate accounts associated with policy violations, without prior notice.

DMCA and Copyright

Xoxurl respects intellectual property rights and responds to valid notices of claimed copyright infringement in accordance with applicable law, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

If you believe content on our platform infringes your copyright, please submit a DMCA takedown notice through our contact page. Your notice should include:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
  • The URL of the content on our platform that you claim is infringing
  • Your name, contact information, and a statement of good faith belief
  • A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

We will process valid DMCA notices promptly. We also respect counter-notices filed in accordance with applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

Xoxurl is provided without any warranty, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xoxurl and its operators shall not be liable for:

  • Data loss resulting from image expiry, burn-on-view deletion, or service interruptions
  • Temporary or permanent downtime caused by maintenance, outages, or technical issues
  • Unauthorized third-party use of images that you share via links generated on our platform
  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service

You use Xoxurl at your own risk. By using our service, you agree to these limitations of liability.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of Xoxurl after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
